Hi, I'm Dr Ash

If you’re here, it’s probably because you’re searching for a different type of support.

You want more time in your appointment, so you can feel comfortable to be seen for the multi-dimensional human you are.

And when it comes to your health – you feel there’s so much more involved than just keeping your body operating.

Because you don’t just want to survive –

you want to soar.

Why

Medicine with Depth?

I’m not just invested in your health issues, I’m invested in the whole of you – flourishing physically, mentally, sexually and spiritually.

In other words – I want you feeling vitally alive and wholly yourself.

Scientific medicine meets
whole-person healing

I am a Specialist General Practitioner, Sexologist, and Mind-Body Therapist. Drawing on my training and experience in somatic therapy, meditation, relational health, and nutrition, I provide care with depth, presence and a holistic focus on your wellbeing.

But I’m not here to ‘fix’ you or tell you how to live your life.

I’m here as a guide. A facilitator. A healer.

I am here to connect you back to your own internal wisdom – your inner light.

By listening, reflecting and offering up-to-date, evidence-based health support and complementary practices in a way that works for you.

So you can plot a sustainable path towards the life you dream of – VIBRANT, VITAL, FULLY EXPRESSED AND FULLY ALIVE.

An actionable plan

When you work with me, we can focus on:

  • Specific issues relating to sex, lifestyle, stress, burnout, women’s health and reproductive health.

  • Individualised support for ways you can move, eat, manage your energy and optimise your sleep

  • Developing clarity of mind – such as reducing stress, identifying problem-creating behaviours and releasing and unwinding old patterns

  • Developing healthy relational connection skills, boundaries, communication and kindness in relationships.

  • Supporting a deep connection with yourself and the natural environment

  • Cultivating your vitality and erotic sensual side so you can express your intimate self fully

  • Releasing external dogma about how you should be, or behave, and reclaiming your inner authority

  • Clarifying your purpose and deciding how you make your meaning in the world – through your work, vision and legacy.

What I stand for

I am an educator and a fighter. I stand up for what I believe in and I speak out against injustice.

I am a believer in equality, inclusivity and diversity.

I am an advocate for the importance of kindness, care and humanity in the practice of medicine.

I am a lover of life and learning. A writer, small wave surfer and dog lover.

I am all of these things.

And all of my history has brought me here.

Living, working, and exploring life on Gumbaynggirr Country.
