Holistic health and wellbeing

Mind-Body Medicine and ongoing general practice care with the depth, time, and presence your health deserves.

What is the first step?

The onboarding process starts with a four session Mind-Body Medicine ‘package’: a tailored, four-session appointment series, to assess your health issues holistically, have more 1:1 time with a Specialist GP and create clear next steps.

This is about you having the time and space to ask questions, share concerns and gain a deeper understanding of the issues you’re facing.

In this series, we’ll focus on how the mind and body can work together – knowing that your relationship with nutrition, your body, your sex life and relationships matter just as much as your iron levels or thyroid function.

So we can dig deeper into issues, explore practical skills to manage distress, emotions, physical symptoms and make a plan for you to continue on thereafter.

What is it?

A tailored-to-you series that blends medical considerations, in-depth advice, mind-body connection and lifestyle support.

This is a holistic assessment designed to honour all of you.

Who is this for?

This appointment series is for you if you are after a thoughtful, unhurried, and holistic assessment of your health and wellbeing — guided by an experienced practitioner with training in women’s, sexual, and mental health.

You might be struggling with something specific like perimenopause, low libido or chronic tiredness.

You might be feeling unsure about a health diagnosis and want a more rounded, whole-person assessment.

Or you might just be sick of not feeling like your best self and are looking for ways to find more pleasure, energy and vitality in life.

Whatever challenges you’re facing, this is a chance to work through the pieces of the puzzle together and decide what comes next.

If you’re happy to, I’ll share my assessment and report with your regular GP or, if you like working together, you can continue to see me in an ongoing way as your GP.

What does ‘holistic’ mean in health?

Holistic medicine recognises that many factors can influence our health and happiness, and as such, considers you as a whole person, instead of just treating the symptoms of one illness/issue.

Whether you're here for the series alone or as a first step toward ongoing care with me, it is designed to give you a clear, holistic picture of your health by:

  • Offering committed 1:1 support with a Specialist GP trained to work across sexual health, the mind-body connection, eating and nutrition, and nervous system regulation – without feeling rushed or like you aren’t being seen for the whole person you are.

  • Assessing your health in a holistic way, where your mind, body and social, emotional and spiritual wellbeing are considered in your treatment plan.

  • Developing practical skills to manage distress and/or physical symptoms, including any lifestyle changes that suit your goals.

  • Creating a tailored-to-you plan to support your vitality and overall wellbeing, with clear tools and next steps so you feel confident moving forward.

Ongoing GP care -from a doctor who knows you.

After completing the Mind-Body Medicine Series, you have the option to continue seeing me longer term, either as part of your existing care team or as your nominated GP – offering a slower, deeper kind of healthcare.

These longer appointments are designed to give you time: time to ask questions, explore concerns, and address whatever’s most present for you, without feeling rushed.

Whether you want to be deeply supported to work through psychological challenges, explore sexual or reproductive wellbeing, get test results, have a pap smear, or just check in with someone who knows your story, you’ll have a regular, dedicated appointment with a doctor who aims to honour every part of you.
